Tell me what you eat and I’ll tell you what you are.

That was the quote that began every episode of the original Iron Chef. I was seven when I was addicted to the shiny costumes and sinfully appetizing food on the screen. Ever since then, I’ve never stopped finding myself in sauces, greens, and proteins. In the same way people should always keep an open mind, always keep a open palette.

I’m not a great writer, nor am I a competent web developer. My skills behind the camera barely scratches what these machines are capable of. Yet I truly appreciate food in its taste, presentation, and the entire experience.

A good dining experience is truly special. You will remember for years where you parked, what you wore, where you sat, what you ordered. I’ve enjoyed some brilliant evenings of culinary delight, and it’s my goal to convince everyone to experience it for themselves.
