Brunch at Norma’s is always delicious, slightly expensive, but just a bit too serious. It feels like the restaurant’s constantly got something to prove, trying too hard to impress tourists about how we (ahem, New Yorkers) do brunch.
What you’ll get at Morimoto is innovative cuisine that will inspire you, plus a bar that’s among one of my favorite in the city.
To wrap this up, perhaps I’m scoring the restaurant higher than its food deserves. The decor (art) and modest prices makes it a worthy destination, and the destination is a wonderful location of museums and Central Park.
