Enjoyed your interview with Chef Boulud and am interested in your take away from the restaurant. Although I enjoyed my meal there earlier this year I hope that its recent James Beard award, 3rd Michelin Star and rise to #8 on S. Pelligrino’s list of the world’s best restaurants doesn’t skew your review. That said, the food and service was very solid but not quite on the level of Per Se (IMHO).
