Today we held the launch party for “Eat Big Apple: Book 2″, a Chinese compilation of Mrs. Cheng’s food reviews over the past 2 years (which spawned the ideas for this blog). The event at Flushing’s Queens Crossings gallery drew close to 100 people, and included a video greeting from celebrity chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud.
We also drew lucky winners from people who pre-ordered the book online, and people who bought the book during the event. We’ll be taking our winners to dinner in the city soon, and will bring you the review in classic EBA fashion. Tomorrow’s destination: Le Relais de Venise L’Entrecote.
