鄭麗園
畢業於政大外交系及外交研究所，曾獲中澳文經協會及亞太文社訪問獎學金，赴英國牛津社區學院進修結業，並通過牛津大學暨劍橋大學英文專精檢定考試。
在台期間，曾任銘傳大學英文講師、中國時報及聯合報編譯。由於隨外交官夫婿夏立言不定期的外派，先後成為《聯合報》駐倫敦、《民生報》駐華府、渥太華特派記者，現為《聯合報》系駐紐約特約記者，及美國《世界日報》的食評專欄作者。
著有《英倫隨筆》、《牛津散記》、《英國女王有請》、《有禮走天下》、《禮儀寶典》、《胡志強的胡言胡語》、《日安大使先生》、《談情說愛學英文》，並譯有《白宮內幕》、《不可思譯的旅程：動物的遷徙》、《狂戀大提琴》、《一畝心田》、《心靈點滴》等書。
